I’ve received a few kind (and some skeptical) messages asking if the situation with Facebook is real. It is.
Here’s what I know so far:
My personal Facebook account—which is how I access everything, including my Author/Business Page—has been restricted or suspended. I’ve submitted an appeal, but beyond that, Facebook hasn’t given me much clarity. Just a few vague messages about needing to wait for a decision.
You can still see my Author Page publicly, but I can’t post or interact there because the page is tied to my personal account. I know—it’s confusing. It’s confusing to me, too.
Am I panicked? No. Frustrated? A little. But panicking won’t help, and I’ve learned enough over the past few years to know: stay steady. I’m giving it a day or two before I reassess, and I’ll keep updating here as I learn more.
In the meantime, I do have posts scheduled to go up automatically on Facebook and Instagram—so you may still see Rabbit & Bear in your feed while I wait this out.
This morning’s post went up as planned. It featured this:
"The only path forward is through empathy," said Bear. "But let’s be clear—empathy should never be mistaken for tolerating the intolerable."
The illustration shows Bear holding a lantern out toward Rabbit, who’s looking up, listening. The space around them glows with quiet intensity. It’s a reminder that kindness and boundaries can, and must, coexist.
Thanks again for being here, for reading, and for continuing to walk with me. I’ll keep sharing what I can, where I can. More soon.

I am so sorry this is happening. I will be keeping an eye on your Substack for updates. You are a treasure that cannot be replaced or muzzled. ❤️❤️🤗
That’s disappointing I’m sure! You have positive and thoughtful ideas to share and I hope it gets resolved soon!
